Käyttö– ja peruutusehdot

Palveluiden ja tuotteiden hinnat

Palveluiden hinnat on esitetty palveluiden esittelyjen yhteydessä. Palveluihin ja tuotteisiin sisältyy arvonlisävero. Veroerittely näkyy kuitissa, laskussa tai ostoskorissa ja tilausvahvistuksessa. Valostamo pidättää itsellään oikeuden mahdollisiin tuote- ja palveluvalikoiman ja hinnanmuutoksiin.

Verkkovalmennukset & digituotteet

Verkkokurssien tilaaminen edellyttää rekisteröitymistä asiakkaaksi, sillä nämä tuotteet toimitetaan tai ne ovat käytettävissä vain rekisteröityneille asiakkaille tarkoitetulla sivuston alueella, jonne pääsyyn tarvitaan henkilökohtaiset käyttäjätunnukset.

Rekisteröityneille asiakkaille lähetämme valmennuksiin liittyvää sähköpostia, rohkaisevaa asiaa hyvinvointiin liittyen sekä tietoa tapahtumista myös jatkossa. Jokaisessa sähköpostiviestissä on linkki, mistä sähköpostien tilauksen voi peruuttaa. Postituslistalta pääsee pois myös ilmoittamalla Valostamolle, ettet halua jatkaa uutiskirjeen tilausta.

Verkko- ja digituotteiden maksutavat ja palautusoikeudet

Yksityisasiakkaat voivat maksaa tilauksensa ostoskorissa valittavissa olevilla maksutavoilla. Maksuvälityspalveluista käytössä ovat kansainvälinen Stripe, joiden avulla voit maksaa yleisimmillä luottokorteilla. Yritysasiakkaat voivat lisäksi pyytää laskutusoikeutta.

Digituotteiden kohdalla voit perua kaupan, jos et ole ladannut tuotetta itsellesi sinä aikana, kun se oli sinulle avattu ladattavaksi. Mikäli asiakas saa digitaalisen tuotteen käyttöönsä välittömästi oston jälkeen, kuluttajansuojan mukaista 14 päivän peruuttamisoikeutta ei ole, ellei Valostamo ole sitä itse erikseen antanut.

Verkkokursseilla on 14 vrk:n tyytyväisyystakuu. (Tarkista aina kyseisen verkkokurssin tyytyväisyystakuu ko. tuotteen sivulta) Mikäli asiakas kokee, ettei ole saanut verkkokurssista mitään hyötyä, on sinulla oikeus peruuttaa tilauksesi 14 vuorokauden kuluessa tilauksen tekemisestä ja saat rahasi takaisin. Jos haluat perua ostamasi digituotteen/verkkokurssin, ole yhteydessä asiasta osoitteeseen eliisa@valostamo.fi.

Palveluiden sisältö ja käyttö

Kaikki Valostamon sivustoilla ja palveluissa julkaistava aineisto on Valostamon tekijänoikeuden ja/tai muiden immateriaalioikeuksien suojaamaa omaisuutta, poislukien kolmansien osapuolten tuottamat ja sivustolle mahdollisesti liitetyt palvelut, kuten kommentit tai sosiaalisen median fiidit.

Sivuilla olevaa materiaalia saa selata, lukea ja ostettujen kurssien materiaalia saa ladata omalle koneelle ja tulostaa vain omaan henkilökohtaiseen käyttöön. Valostamon tuotteet, palvelut ja materiaalit ovat saatavilla sellaisenaan kuin ne ovat. Yritys pidättää oikeuden muuttaa, vaihtaa, lisätä tai poistaa tuotteita, palveluita ja materiaaleja sivustoillaan milloin tahansa.

Sinulla ei ole oikeutta ostaa verkkokursseja sivustolla esitetyillä hinnoilla, jos opetat, koulutat, valmennat tai teet verkkokursseja omille asiakkaillesi. Näissä tapauksissa palveluiden ja tuotteiden käyttö katsotaan oman ammattitaidon ja liiketoiminnan kehittämiseksi. Näiden ehtojen rikkominen johtaa korvausvaatimuksiin.
